Hi, I'm Beth Rogerson, and I use the Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach in my counseling. IFS emphasizes improving the relationships we have with ourselves and our loved ones to increase our confidence and trust in our life choices, and to become more comfortable in our own skin.

If you're feeling anxious, depressed, "stuck" or at odds with your partner, let's talk. I'm currently accepting clients from all over the world to meet with me virtually over a secure video service.

My strong belief is that it’s time to bring therapy out of the office and into wherever people are. Newer technologies like webcams, email, and smartphones are wonderful communication tools in the digital era. Virtual therapy puts these tools to good therapeutic use.
