We are Bird. A chef driven fried chicken concept that takes poultry to a whole other level. Starting in 2015 we are Stockholms first fried chicken restaurant. We are a small scale hands on establishment where details matter. From the collaboration with farms around Sweden, mainly Marieströms gård in Trollhättan, to the all important brine that we soak all our chicken in over night. The result is a menu where comfort food meets innovation. We encourage sharing plates and believe that food tastes better when you eat it with your hands. We love craft beer as well as craft cocktails and above all freshly made fried chicken.

We don´t take reservations, it´s walk in only. Early birds and late birds will be seated faster and if worst comes, you grab a drink at the bar while you wait.
